Eco2Air®
Installed in the AHU and beyond, Eco2Air® makes it possible to create “virtual forests” on the rooftops of our cities, for a more sustainable future. A cutting-edge Made in Italy tool that, along with optimizing the energy consumption of buildings and their virtuous management, can facilitate the achievement of carbon neutrality in infrastructure. Eco2Air® technology can be applied in AHUs, in design towers that can create healthy and eco-friendly urban lounges that enhance outdoor spaces, and in highly efficient remote extraction power plants.
Feams®
Feams® (Facility & Energy Asset Management System) is the software tool for asset management and optimization, which enables constant monitoring of data with complete transparency and in a non-invasive manner, thanks to its simple and intuitive interface and customized dashboards.
The platform integrates with pre-existing systems and, when necessary, enriches them through the installation of sensors placed at key points to monitor key asset operating parameters.
Eco2Air® and Open 336, the Net Zero Carbon Building
Open 336 was designed and built with an approach aimed at maximum reduction of environmental impact from its design and construction to its life cycle and maintenance. Installed in the AHU, Eco2Air® technology filters the absorbed air and injects it into the indoor environment, extracting and retaining the CO2 present in the atmosphere thanks to a biological and biodegradable material. All the elements that make up the air treatment plant are connected to the Feams® platform. Thanks to the use of special sensors, it verifies in real time the health of the building also in terms of energy consumption and environmental sustainability.
