We at the FERVO Group are doing our utmost to confront the recent problems caused by the spread of the Coronavirus, and the understandable concerns that this situation can cause. To that end, we are taking action to ensure our companies can continue their working activities, and to guarantee the protection of health and safety of employees and their families, and of customers and suppliers, in full compliance with the provisions of the Regulatory Authorities and the directions provided by the Ministry of Health for containing the spread of the virus.
Since the start of the crisis in February 2020, we have put in place many initiatives to allow us to continue working, involving the premises of all our companies (FSI, Reclean, VME and Eco2zone), and have strongly advised our workforce to take every precaution and to follow the good practices indicated by the national health agencies and by the Prime Minister’s Decree.
These include: the sanitation of offices and the through cleaning and sanitation of all internal spaces; reductions in contact between personnel working on the premises and adjustments to workstations and working practices to ensure adequate social distancing. In addition, smart working in shifts has been introduced in all departments; the usual on-site meetings are now being conducted online using special software; all meetings with people outside the company have been temporarily discontinued, and workers' transport has also been suspended.
Furthermore, all personnel in the FERVO Group who operate in the field have been equipped with the requisite PPE, to protect their own health and that of the customers where they work.
Every safety measure has, therefore, been put in place to reduce risk and to ensure business continuity, for we can only confront this critical situation by working together. We will ensure continuity of operations for all the companies in the Fervo Group.
