► INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SYSTEMS

We design, install and maintain the various systems in your building.

We monitor your asset in real time using 4.0 technologies (IoT, augmented reality and Dashboard). We, therefore, guarantee the correct functioning and preventive, scheduled and extraordinary maintenance of systems including: thermo-mechanical, electrical and special, fire-fighting and lifting systems.

Thermo-mechanical systems

water and air distribution networks, terminal elements and pumps, such as boilers, cooling units or heat pumps, AHUs and terminal units. *

Special systems

low current (gate and intercom), burglar alarm, CCTV and access control systems.

Electrical systems

low and medium voltage power and lighting systems, power distribution panels and transformer substations, UPS systems and power generators.

Fire-fighting systems

fire extinguishers, hoses, dry or wet sprinkler valves, fire-fighting pressurisation stations, fire hydrants and fire closures (REI doors/gates).

Lifts or lifting systems

electrical or hydraulic lifts, freight elevators, escalators, stairlifts and stairlifts for the disabled, platform lifts and food elevators.

*We operate in compliance with current regulations regarding the containment of energy consumption (Law no. 10 of 9 January 1991 and the implementation regulation sanctioned by Presidential Decree 412 of 26 August 1993, amended by Presidential Decree 551 of 21 December 1999 and subsequent amendments and integrations, and by Presidential Decree 74/13 and subsequent amendments). We also have the qualifications required by the law (Ministerial Decree 37/08, Law 46/90) and a team of technicians qualified to measure combustion efficiency (UNI 10389), analyse fumes and, where required, measure draft (UNI 10845). Artificial intelligence and IoT in the world of maintenance.

With Service 4.0, we apply state-of-the-art technology to the management and maintenance of systems in order to efficiently run processes and implement effective operational measures.

From the start of collaboration, we perform real-time analysis of the condition of your assets and respond to any request for maintenance, taking appropriate action. Digital systems such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), augmented reality, IoT (Internet of Things) and dashboards allow us to control and improve consumption and reduce costs, increasing the life cycle of the systems at your premises.

Upgrading and revamping of systems

We inspect and upgrade existing systems (e.g. electrical, heating, air conditioning and sanitary water systems), performing complete reconditioning according to current standards to extend their life cycle.

Renovation of buildings and systems

Restructuring and adaptation of systems in compliance with regulations to add value to the property portfolio.

Design of systems from scratch

We design different types of systems according to the safety standards and laws in force.

SOA certification

SOA certification means we can perform public works either directly or as a subcontractor. We, therefore, meet all the current legal requirements in the field of public employment contracts for taking part in tenders and carrying out works.

this certification is mandatory for companies that manage equipment and systems, which emit harmful fluorinated gases, and serves to certify the quantity of these produced each year for notification to the Ministry of the Environment.
